Referring to
to the Petition I addressed to your hardship with reference to the brown Lease of Marine Lot No 184. granted to me by the Governor of Hong Kong, I am now descions of forwarding to your Lordship Certified copy of a letter written by treutenant H. M. Cohnstone of the Royal Engineers materially bearing upon the question which certified Copy letter I beg to enclove I received from my representative in thonghong
I particularly desire to call your hordships attention to clause to? 3.
in such letter.
Lieut. Sohustone was ordered by the Court to set out the line which be
accordingly did and by his Flan and Report corroborated the live laid down by the Surveyor General -
The Court however would not adopt the line of its
gits specially appointed but declared through M.
